Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – If the Zoning Commission approves, the Dallas skyline may be changed in a year or two. The developers of west Dallas’ Trinity Groves Project want to build a 400 foot office tower on the west side of the Trinity River. They want to put it at the foot of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge at Singleton Boulevard and Canada Drive, but to do that the zoning has to be changed. The developers have asked for that. Next step is up to the city. If approved, the tower will be one of the largest new building projects in Dallas.
