On Thursday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a proclamation on mail-in voting, limiting the number of drop-off locations allowed in each of the 254 counties across the state. Democrats, including Beto O’Rourke, immediately cried foul, likening the proclamation to voter suppression, and plan to file suit against the governor.
