DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) — A rally by member of the Frederick Douglass Republicans of Tarrant County will take place Saturday.
According to a press release provided by the organization, the rally is meant to showcase America’s Constitutional heritage as well as the divers makeup of the FDRSTC.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. at Christ Centered Missionary Baptist Church located at 5200 David Strickland Road in Fort Worth.
The Frederick Douglass Republicans of Tarrant County organization was founded by Mr. Reby Cary a Fort Worth native.
Mr. Cary proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
In 1974, he was the first African-American elected to the Fort Worth School Board.
