PLANO (WBAP/KLIF NEWS)- A Plano woman was found dead Saturday morning near Chisholm Trail Park.
Plano Police told WFAA-T 43-year-old Sarmistha Sen was out a morning jog when she was attacked and killed. A passerby later found Sen’s body lying down in the creek area near Legacy Drive and Marchman Way.
Police say the incident is a homicide related to a break-in at a nearby house. The primary suspect is currently in custody and facing a burglary charge but that could soon change pending an on-going investigation. No further information has been released at this time.
