Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police say an argument Saturday at the foot of the Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge in the Trinity Groves neighborhood degenerated into a gun battle in which 16 year old Christopher Rivera was killed. A 21 year old woman was shot and critically injured. The man who apparently shot them was also wounded. 21 year old Carlos Mendez was arrested when he sought medical treatment. He now faces a murder charge.
