Saginaw (WBAP/KLIF) – The city of Saginaw has called off its revived Train & Grain Festival because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The event had been scheduled for October 17, and was intended to showcase Saginaw’s history and ties to agriculture and railroads. City officials say they will now begin planning next year’s festival.
