(WBAP/KLIF) — As the Texas economy forges ahead with re-opening, business owners are following state and federal guidelines to generate income. Many are also doing what they can to protect customers from the Coronavirus.
However, when it comes to liability, attorneys point to a large gray area. According to labor attorney Rogge Dunn, someone who contracts the virus from a business risks a lawsuit.
Dunn suggests business owners should engage in every effort available to protect the public. According to WFAA, the best guide is checking reviews and social media posts for the best methods.
