3,500 residents, and all other members of Midlothian’s school board have called for Tami Tobey’s resignation. she has so far refused to quit. A petition drive has collected over 3500 signatures..
Tobey says she has already apologized, and feels that because it happened before she was elected to the school board, she should not have to resign now. Tobey is running for re-election in November.
