Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas dog parks will re-open Friday, as will the city’s skate and disc golf parks, but there are some restrictions. Groups must keep to a maximum of 15 people. To make sure they do, the Parks Department will rotate staff from recreation centers to pavilions at parks across the city. The Parks Department says if the rules are ignored, or the re-openings don’t work out, the parks can be closed again. The city re-opened its golf courses, gun range and tennis centers in early May.
