Now, District Judge Eric Moye has issued a temporary restraining order against Luther for violating city, county, and state orders.  Luther is advising other business owners to stand up for their constitutional rights.

Both Dallas city and county officials agree that the salon owner is breaking the law and endangering the public.  Luther plans to remain open on Wednesday despite the legal threats. Luther said her attorney is filing an appeal, however, she’s willing go to jail to stand up for her rights.
