Dallas – (WBAP/KLIF) – 50 Dallas firefighters battled a two alarm blaze in northeast Dallas Wednesday night. The fire destroyed a three story building at the Falls at Highpoint Apartments a block or so east of the Texas Instruments campus. All residents got out safely, and there were no injuries to residents or firefighters, but the roof fell in, and the building is a total loss.
Fire investigators say the blaze was an accident; started by unattended cooking in a second floor apartment.
