Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Don Miguel Foods is closing its Dallas plant for two weeks because COVID-19 has been confirmed in an unspecified number of its employees. The factory employs 700 people, and makes Mexican prepared foods for retail and food service outlets. It expects to be back in business again May 4. Don Miguel says its employees will continue to receive full pay and benefits during the shutdown.
