FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)- Congressman Marc Veasy of Fort Worth hosts a Facebook Live Event to answer any questions regarding what Congress is doing to help constituents during COVID-19. Veasy says with the Payment Protection Program, through April 13th, Texas received the most of any state when it came to PPP dollars. He said Texas had about 88,000 PPP loans approved at about $21 million.Veasy expects congress to convene soon to work on a small business relief package to help those businesses, first responders and medical workers.
