(WBAP/KLIF) — Church Congregations are changing the way they worship due to COVID-19.
According to Annette Gonzalez Taylor, the Dallas Catholic Diocese is excusing those over 60 from attending mass because they are at-risk.
Meanwhile, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Fort Worth Stake President Brandon Elison says the over 400 congregations in the Metroplex have canceled Sunday meetings, while the church’s World General Conference in April will be streamed.
In addition, Gateway Church is also increasing sanitation services at their buildings, while other denominations are using social media and the internet to hold Sunday meetings.
