AZLE (WBAP/KLIF News)- The Tarrant County Medical Examiner says 58-year-old Harley Ryan and his wife 54-year-old Xiumei Shi Ryan, who immigrated from china, were murdered in their home. The report says they were both shot in the head and a 16-year-old boy, Suayng Qu, who was also found in the home died by suicide. Authorities say they were related but didn’t describe the relationship.
It happened in the 1500 block of Red Oak Circle near Eagle Mountain Lake. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Each had been shot one time.
A family member had called authorities for a welfare check after they had not heard from anyone at the home since Sunday night.
The Texas Rangers were called in to help with the investigation. Azle is located Northwest of Fort Worth on the West side of Eagle Mountain Lake.
