DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Rush Limbaugh returned to the airwaves on WBAP Friday following a brief hiatus due to cancer.
The popular 69-year-old Conservative radio host announced Monday that he was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer and that he would be taking some time off for treatment.
When news of the diagnosis spread, many WBAP listeners took to a special link set up to wish Limbaugh well.

During the State of the Union address this week, President Trump awarded Limbaugh with the Medal of Freedom.

Limbaugh has hosted his syndicated radio show for 31 years.
