Dyitez Williams, 22 (Irving Police Department)

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – When you’re victimized by a Whataburger worker … whata-ya-call-it?  Whatacrime of course!

Such was the case for an Irving couple who ordered at a Whataburger drive-thru off Stemmons Freeway in Dallas earlier this year.

WFAA reports that the couple thought all was well, that is until their credit card statement came in.

There were thousands of dollars in purchases they say they didn’t make from Macy’s, a dental facility, not to mention and over $800 men’s underwear purchase.

After an investigation, Irving police arrested 22-year old Dyitez Williams.

Police says he had a notebook full names, addresses and credit card numbers,

He’s charged with fraud. The victims got all of their money back.

Police are tracing the other names and financial information on the list.
