International Group Purchases Downtown Dallas Tower

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) A European real estate group is the new owner of KPMG Plaza, an 18-story tower in downtown Dallas. The building has been for sale for only a few months. It was expected to sell for over 200 million dollars. The office building is located in the Arts District and across the street from the Meyerson Symphony Center. Along with KPMG other tenants include UMB Bank and the Hall Group. Corporacion Masaveu is the new owner. The investment group is based in Spain.
