GALVESTON, Texas (AP)
– A judge in Texas has ordered another mental evaluation for a former Santa Fe High School student accused of opening fire on campus in a 2018 attack that left 10 people dead and 13 wounded. The Galveston County Daily News reports the judge on Tuesday also issued a gag order in the case of Dimitrios Pagourtzis, who’s charged with capital murder of multiple people and aggravated assault on a public servant. The results of the mental evaluation, the third in the case, will help determine whether the teen is competent for trial.
