Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Another vacant office building was turned into a pile of rubble Sunday morning in uptown Dallas. The old Republic Insurance building on Turtle Creek Boulevard near “The Mansion” was blown down by a series of powerful explosions. What is now a pile of rubble will be replaced by a 14 story complex of hotel space, condominiums, offices, retail shops and restaurants.
