An old office tower has been imploded in downtown Dallas

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The implosion of an old downtown Dallas office tower went off without a hitch Saturday morning. 450 pounds of dynamite collapsed the 72 year old, 11 story Reserve Life building into a pile of rubble in a matter of seconds. It fell in on itself just the way it was supposed to. The building was owned by the First Baptist Church of Dallas which plans to use the property for future expansion, although it has not publicly revealed exactly what it intends to do.
