DALLAS – (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas County Sheriff’s deputies and area police are searching for an escaped prisoner. Spokesman Raul Reyna tells us the man identified as Raymond Ageuro; a 6 foot, 3 inch tall Hispanic man, who was likely injured with cuts after going over a razor wire fence. Reyna says the man was a trustee and outside at the time of escape; investigation underway
Inmate Aguero was in jail on the following charges: Evading Arrest, Resisting Arrest, Bond Forfeiture – Unlawful Carry of a Weapon, Affidavit to Go Off Bond / Manufacture or Deliver of Control Substance PG/1 over 3 grams, Bond Forfeiture / Driving While Intoxicated and Bond Forfeiture / Burglary of a Vehicle.
The search for Aguero began just after his escape at 7:22 pm Friday evening. It included helicopters and canine units searching the Trinity River area, but officials think it’s possible Aguero may have jumped onto one of several slow moving trains moving through the area at the time.
Aguero’s history of charges does not include any violent offenses.
Authorities ask you call Dallas Sheriff’s Department at 214-749-8641 if you can help authorities find Aguero.
