Fort Worth, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – It’s become a battle of campaign signs for two Fort Worth neighbors. A North Bugle drive man pulled up in front of his house one day and noticed a Ted Cruz sign on the lawn.
WFAA-TV reports, Michel Bond wondered why his neighbor would put the sign right on the property line, near his driveway.
In response, Bond proceeded to make a homemade sign of his own, which reads “I hate Ted Cruz.”
Neighbor Michael Mitchell, said he’s a Cruz supporter and likes his policies on immigration and gun rights.
Evidently it’s all in good fun as Mitchell said that he knew the sign would ruffle his feathers of his neighbor, saying, “It’s all good.” Bond says that it’s not that he actually “hate Cruz,” he just doesn’t like his policies.
They agree to disagree on Cruz, but consider it a plus that they can joke about it.
