FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – Fort Worth welcomes it’s new Fire Chief, Jim Davis.
Davis was previously a Fire Assistant Chief from Columbus Ohio and is now the city’s 13th Fire Chief.
Davis has been in the business for 30 years he said as overwhelming as it’s been, everyone has welcomed him with open arms.
He said he’s looking forward to expanding his career here and has great plans for the department.
Davis has a $145 million budget into the future. He takes over the reigns later this summer.
