A Carrollton Man Suspected of Murder Has Been Arrested

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The suspect in the murder of a Carrollton man was arrested on June 6th, near El Paso.  Danny Aragon-Marquez fled to Mexico shortly after the murder of his roommate, 49-year-old Randy Dugger of Carrollton.  Dugger had been shot to death.  His body was found on May 29th on Crockett Drive.

On June 8th, Marquez was booked into the Carrollton City Jail on a charge of murder and was then transferred to the Dallas County
Jail where he is being held without bond.

According to the Associated Press, Aragon’s arrest was a collaborative effort between the Carrollton Police Department and U.S.
Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force as well as the U.S. Marshals Lonestar Fugitive
Task Force El Paso Division.
