FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) – Lockheed Martin is hosting a job fair on Tuesday in hopes to fill assembly line and mechanics positions for the construction of the F-35 joint strike fighter jet.
They’re offering 500 positions and many of them pay almost $70,000 annually with benefits.
The national defense contractor is encouraging attendees to pre-register at lockheedmartinjobs.com to determine if they’re a good fit for the company.
The fair is being held at the Fort Worth Sheraton from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Almost 3,000 people showed up to the company’s last job fair in July.
