JOSEPHINE (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Texas Rangers are investigating an officer-involved shooting following an incident Thursday at the City Hall in Josephine in eastern Collin County.
Investigators cordoned off several cars that were parked in front of the building.
A high-powered rifle was seen laying on the ground at the scene.
