Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) A caravan of Oncor trucks is headed to Corpus Christi and/or Port Aransas to help restore power once the remnants of Harvey move out of the area. The effort is part of the Mutual Assistance Program that allows for the sharing of resources and manpower in the event of a natural disaster. Oncor says up to 160 crew members left from Benbrook this morning.
