Anti-Police Brutality Group Will Take to the Streets Friday

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Next Generation Action Network will be back on the streets of downtown Dallas Friday, three weeks and a day after the attack on Dallas and DART police officers. David Villalobos with next generation says they can’t let what happened on July 7th derail their mission.

“It’s going to be a silent march, out of respect for the fallen officers,” said Villalobos. “We understand it did just happen three weeks ago, but we still need to go ahead and go on with our movement.”

The rally starts at 6:30 Friday at Main Street Garden Park. It had been scheduled for last Thursday…two weeks after the attack.
