(WBAP/KLIF NEWS) FRISCO – Frisco police need your help in identifying a man who allegedly recorded a young girl in a changing room at a Super Target.
Police say the girl said she saw a man looking over a wall and pointing a cell phone at her at the store on Preston road North of the Sam Rayburn Tollway around seven o’clock Tuesday evening..
