TARRANT COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF NEWS) – The teenager known for his Affluenza upbringing is back in North Texas
18-year-old Ethan Couch has spent the last month in Mexico where he and his mother were arrested.
The two had fled Fort Worth after Ethan missed a meeting with his probation officer.
He was serving 10 years probation for a 2013 drunk driving crash that left four people dead.
A hearing is scheduled for next month where prosecutors will try to have his case moved from juvenile to adult court. If the case stays in juvenile court, Couch’s probation would end when he turns 19 in April.
