Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A small plane flying from Mississippi to Weatherford last night made an emergency landing in an abandoned restaurant parking lot in North Dallas.
Aaccording to the F-A-A, the plane landed in a lot near Frankford and the tollway just before 11:30 last night because the pilot reported it was running out of fuel.
The plane crashed its wing into a light pole upon landing, resulting in a small fire.
The pilot was able to put it out and walk away from the incident unharmed.
